If you are seeking services for Energy Assistance (applications/crisis funding/no heat or furnace issues) WestCAP has taken over the administration of many of the area county programs. They are now serving Barron, Chippewa, Dunn, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, St. Croix and Burnett. Effective Monday, February 28, 2022, they will also be taking over the Washburn County Human Services Energy Assistance Program. Call now for more information and pricing options. 2023 Residential Propane Contract		Budget Program Make your heating bill predictable! This plan allows for equal monthly payments at a locked in price, with no upfront investment. Eleven monthly payments are to be made beginning in August and ending in June. July will be “clean-up” month. Your monthly statement is the only reminder you will receive that your budget payment is due by the end of the month. The first budget payment is due by August 31st. Terms of the Level Pay Budget Program: • Your previous or estimated annual heating bill is divided into 11 equal monthly payments. This amount will appear monthly on your statement. • If after June, a balance due exists, that balance needs to be cleared up in July in order to be eligible to start the new budget year. • Credit balances at the end of June can be rolled over into the next year's budget program. • If two payments have been missed (this includes NSF checks and declined EFT transactions), you will be taken off the budget program. 2023 Budget Contract

With our deposit contract program the majority of your balance can be paid at the time of delivery. Get an excellent deposit contract price • Secure a fixed price for the winter • Reduces upfront investment to secure heating costs • Deposit of $0.20 per gallon is required • Deposit applied to each delivery To take advantage of our program, you must purchase a minimum of 300 gallons. Delivery is made between October 1st and April 30th, and no additional cash discount is available. You'll get completed and signed contracts that must be submitted. The remaining balance will be due within 30 days of delivery, or finance charges will apply. Your current delivery plan will remain in effect until the new contract is signed.		Summer Fill Pricing Fill your tank at a great price! Because of reduced demand and lower prices, summer is a great time to fill your tank. You'll get reduced pricing for summer fills, which are available from June 1st through August 31st. Tank Location • Tanks must be 10-feet from a building if the tank holds more than 125 gallons of propane, as well as 10-feet from a property line. • Tanks needs be located within 100-feet of a driveway for filling. • Gas lines must be sized properly for the distance between the house and the tank. • Trenches are dug by our service technicians and are approximately 12”-24" deep. • Digger's Hotline must be contacted prior to tank install by customer, 3 business days prior to us digging. New Construction: we will coordinate with your heating contractor to complete the install in a timely manner for all parties.		Propane System Check Propane System Check is a preventive maintenance program developed to help the propane industry meet the requirements of the National Fuel Codes and its demands for the safe practices among Marketers and users. This one to three hour check consists of checking everything from the tank to the appliances. Synergy Cooperative has the following requirements. • All Gas systems must be checked • The customer must be home when the system check is performed. • Gas regulators on the tank and the house that are out of date must be replaced. • Where required, drip legs and gas shut-off will be installed. Synergy Cooperative will be conducting System checks in selected townships each year. Customers in those townships will be notified by letter. There will be a $35.00 labor charge to customers who respond to the letter by the deadline indicated. After that date, Synergy Cooperative will charge $50.00 for this service. Any parts & Regulators will be an additional charge.
