Synergy is the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.   Synergy is the new age in cooperation, servicing the past, present and future generations.

Synergy Cooperative became effective October 1, 2017.  The name Synergy comes from the merger of three Northwest Wisconsin cooperatives, Cedar Country Cooperative of Elk Mound, Lakeland Cooperative of Ridgeland, and United Ag Cooperative of Almena.

The decision to merge came with the ability to purchase product at a more competitive price and with economies of scale.  Each and every one of our locations brings unique strengths to the market.  With more effective use of operations, trucks, equipment and buildings we are able to serve all of our customers better.  Along with serving our customers we give more opportunities to our employees in an ever increasing and competitive workplace. 

We strive for a strong and loyal presence in the communities we serve in Northwest Wisconsin. Superior customer service has been a key to our success and we will continue to have this as a focal point going towards the future.  We are so fortunate to have such excellent employees that are ready to serve you in any way that we can. 

Agronomy, grain, feed, refined fuels, and propane are hallmarks of Synergy Cooperative.  Convenience stores, tire and repair shops, hardware stores and a farm equipment parts and dealership of LS tractor and Gehl brands are a part of the cooperative.  Well-known and respected brands such as CENEX, Holiday Station stores, A &W and Subway are offering our customers a wide variety of retail shopping.  Along with a full-service restaurant in Menomonie, Synergy can help you with any of your retail or agricultural needs.
